Anybill Appoints Ian Kay as Vice President of Operations
WASHINGTON, March 28, 2024 -- Payment automation provider Anybill announced today that Ian Kay, Senior Manager of Account and Client Services and long-time Anybill veteran, has been named the company's new Vice President of Operations.
Kay started with Anybill as a Data Entry Specialist in 2012 and his continuous work has influenced all aspects of the business. He became Senior Manager of Account and Client Services in 2018, overseeing the daily operations of Anybill's customer service team.
As Vice President of Operations, Kay will continue to lead the customer service team. He will also work closely with other departments to build Anybill's payment solution, streamline internal processes, and use innovative technology to drive operational growth.
